Services

CASE Advocacy and Consultation Clinic provides services including professional advocate consultation to improve outcomes for students in school,  IEP/504 Plan Prep and Review Sessions, and Self-Advocacy Coaching Sessions to teach strategies that help parents navigate the special education system with less stress. If you need professional advocacy services, in-depth consultations are available.   Services are fee-based.  Sliding scale provided on an individual basis.  For more information, or to request services, click HERE.

Empowering Parent Partners Program: Parents/caregivers are matched with trained volunteers to provide support, to take notes and to help them navigate their IEP or 504 Plan meeting.  If you are interested in receiving this service, click HERE to fill out an application.

parent-connections-logo-2Parent Connections Support Groups provide parents with a safe and supportive environment to discuss their concerns with others who “get it.” Meetings are held on the second Tuesday and Thursday each month from September to May.  New this year!  Online support groups are held once a month via an online meeting platform called Zoom.  For information about the dates, times, and how to access our meetings, contact us at mail@evanstoncase.org.   Attendance is free.

Private Parent Connections Facebook Group serves as a forum for parents to ask questions and receive information and support from CASE members.  This group is open to Evanston parents/caregivers of children with special needs. Document Organization Sessions provide you with an easy system to organize the chaos of paperwork.  Bring your box, bag or jumbled folders and CASE will help you get organized.  Make an appointment by calling or emailing us.
